^aMEFs were transfected by electroporation with 15 μg of the empty vector pEF (without DR3) or with 5 μg of the DR3 expression vector pTRAMP and 10 μg of pEF. All cells were also transfected with 5 μg of an NF-κB-dependent Ig(κ)-luciferase reporter gene and 0.1 μg of the β-galactosidase expression vector pEF-βGal. After 24 h, luciferase activity was measured and normalized for β-galactosidase expression.
