Interleukin (IL)-2 elicited from positively selected CD4+ lung lymphocytes stimulated in vitro with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies, without (hatched bars) and with recombinant murine TGF-β soluble receptor II (TGFβsrII) added to the wells at 5 µg/ml (black bars).
