Western blots are shown that included either anti-HA antibody (lanes 1 and 2) or anti-DENN/MADD peptide antibody (lanes 3 and 4). DENN/MADD appears as a band of ≈200 kDa in lanes 1 and 3. (B) Cells transfected with DENN/MADD cDNA were analyzed for DENN/MADD expression by immunostaining by using the anti-peptide antibody.
