Comparable data were seen in mice given control Ig alone and mice given DST plus control Ig. Data reflect evaluation of 10-20 fields per graft and three grafts per group. Normal hearts lacked any of these features apart from the presence of small numbers of CD45⁺ resident dendritic cells and a rare VCAM-1⁺ endothelial cell.
