Western blots of the appropriate region of the gel labeled with the indicated antibodies are shown in b–d. p200 and p56 both come down with all three constructs, as does the larger isoform of γ-synergin. However, the smaller isoform of γ-synergin (which runs as a doublet) only comes down with the γ appendage construct.
