^aBinding to all test antigens are expressed in relative term for each antigen by all mAbs. Binding to CL in the presence of bovine serum (BS) and to human β₂GPI are from references (30, 32, 33) and the present study. Binding to human thrombin, APC, and plasmin are from references (17, 19, 20) and the present study. Although initial study of IS6 binding to β₂GPI in Tris-buffered saline was negative (33), subsequent study of IS6 binding to β₂GPI in PBS revealed positive interaction (data not shown).
