(A) GAL∷HA-UTP10 and GAL∷ProtA-UTP20 strains expressing an Rps2-GFP fusion were pre-grown on galactose medium and transferred to glucose medium for 3 h. Cells were fixed, DAPI stained, and viewed by fluorescence microscopy. The nucleolus was visualized using an anti-Nop1 antibody, which was subsequently recognized by an Alexafluor 555 conjugated secondary antibody.
