Specific IgG isotype responses in mice immunized with rAd97c. Mice (five per group) were immunized with rAdP97c or with rAdGFP (negative control). Pools of sera (A) and BALs (B) collected at day 60 p.i. were examined for P97c-specific IgG isotypes by ELISA in duplicate.
