DCCD binding to LHCIIc in thylakoids and isolated complexes. [¹⁴C]DCCD-labeled LHCIIc apoprotein derived from either isolated complexes (lane C) or thylakoids (lane T) was cleaved with formic acid/CNBr, separated by Tris-tricine electrophoresis, and blotted onto polyvinylidene difluoride membrane.
