Analysis of transcription surrounding PDQ52 in Igh WT Rag1^−/− mice. Reverse transcription sense and antisense primers were designed in regions 5′ and 3′ of PDQ52. Nested primers were then used in PCR. Sense transcripts corresponding to _μ0 were not detected due to placement of the 5′ PCR primer upstream of the _μ0 transcription start site.
