The 5′ tandem splice site mutation mini-genes (H-H-H5′ site mutant) in which the “N” position was replaced with A, T, C, or G were transfected into human AZ521 cells, and the wobble splicing patterns were analyzed by capillary electrophoresis.
The ratio of the distal or proximal AG selection was determined by dividing the individual peak area by the total area.
