Crystallization of MraZ from E. coli. Initial crystallization conditions were obtained from Crystal Screen 1 condition 34 containing 0.1 M sodium acetate trihydrate pH 4.6 and 2.0 M sodium formate (a). Crystallization conditions were optimized to 0.1 M sodium acetate trihydrate pH 4.5 and 1.7 M sodium formate (b).
