Auxin and Cytokinin Levels Are Altered in rglg1 rglg2 Plants.

(A) IAA levels in wild-type and rglg1 rglg2 double mutant seedlings aged 1 or 2 weeks were determined. Mutants have lower auxin content. The difference seems to be more pronounced in roots. FW, fresh weight.
