Loyalty is defined as the percent of all admissions or claims provided at the hospital to which the patient was assigned or the percent of E&M claims provided by its extended medical staff. Analysis restricted to hospitals with at least three admissions or 10 people assigned. Mean and 25th and 75th percentile unless otherwise specified.
