A dominant negative mutant PKR increases cell survival in 2-ME–treated cultures of osteosarcoma cells. MG63 cells were transfected with the plasmid pcDNA3-PKR-K296R or empty vector pcDNAneo and treated with vehicle (Veh) or 5 µM 2-ME for 72 h.
