The YAPI pathogenicity islands are integrated next to a tRNA^Phe locus. CDSs shared among both YAPI islands are colored olive with the encoded pil (pilin) gene cluster highlighted in magenta, strain-specific CDSs are colored in yellow and orange, and the YAPI-specific phage integrase is colored in blue. The coordinates of the Y. pseudotuberculosis IP32777 are according to [44].
