Data for import are percent of transcript 1 import efficiency (average of three experiments). Data for aminoacylation are percent transcript 1 maximal aminoacylation. The pre-MSK binding of the aminoacylated tRK1 transcript was taken as 100% (values of nonspecific binding detected with preimmune antibodies have been subtracted); the tRK1 transcript was aminoacylated with lysine and fragments A and B with a mixture of amino acids (aa mix).
