Nucleotides present in the mature RNAs are shown in boldface type, while those to be removed from the 3′ ends during maturation are shown in lightface type. For those RNAs in which a 3′ endo cleavage already has been suggested (5S RNA and M1 RNA), only those extra residues that would remain after the cleavage are shown. For the other RNAs, seven extra residues are presented.
