Shown are the results of a triplicate experiment for each substrate. The apparent Km values for acetyl CoA and succinate were 0.26 ± 0.03 mM and 6.9 ± 0.7 mM, respectively, and the apparent Vmax was 873 ± 32 nmol/min/mg protein.
