Kinetics of survival of anti-H-Y memory cells. The recovery of memory B6.2.16 CD8⁺ cells from RAG1⁻TAP1⁺ and RAG1⁻TAP1⁻ mice was determined 1, 7, 14, and 70 days after the adoptive transfer of (t = 0) 1.5 × 10⁶ activated, purified B6.2.16 CD8⁺ cells. The number of cells at each time point is the mean of 3–4 mice ± SEM.
