Growth of transformed trx1, trx2 mutant cells in B medium with methionine sulfoxide (0.1 mM) as sole sulfur source. Cells were first grown in YMGE medium lacking sulfur and then diluted in YMGal medium also completely devoid of sulfur. Absorbance was measured at 600 nm in a Uvikon 930 spectrophotometer.
