Arrhenius plots for spontaneous and GroE-assisted folding of MBP Y283D. The temperature dependence of the spontaneous folding reactions of 25 nM MBP Y283D was measured from 15°C to 45°C. The logarithm of the obtained folding rate was plotted against 1/T [K]. The rates of the folding reactions in the presence of chaperonin (25 nM GroEL and 50 nM GroES) were determined in the presence 1 mM ATP and 1 mM ADP, respectively.
