Samples were incubated at the indicated temperatures for 5 min and quickly frozen in dry ice before gel analysis. (B) The fraction-shifted complex (see arrow) was calculated by dividing the shifted transcripts by the total transcript. The results of three independent experiments were quantified and the ratio of the samples incubated at 25°C was set at one.
