Northern blot analysis of the total RNA isolated from the B. jararaca whole tissue. Total RNA (10 μg) of B. jararaca spleen (lane 1), brain (lane 2), and venom gland (lane 3) were hybridized to the radiolabeled cDNA of the BPP-Bj-CNP precursor.
