Mice received 1 × 10⁵ ffu of CWRAPSP and the indicated treatment on day 1, and livers were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde and stained for AP on day 6. Mean numbers of AP⁺ foci per cm² ± SD are reported for three or four mice in each group. The number of mice injected by tail vein (t) or direct liver injection (d) for each treatment was as follows: none (t = 1, d = 3), 17 Gy (t = 3), 12 Gy (t = 3), 8 Gy (t = 2, d = 1), camptothecin (t = 1, d = 2), and etoposide (t = 1, d = 3).
