The total cell output from an initial input of 5,000 cells per fraction ± SEM of three replicates at the end of each experiment is indicated, confirming that the α6bri10G7dim population has the greatest long-term proliferative capacity.

*

The total cell output of the α6bri10G7dim fraction was significantly higher than the α6bri10G7bri fraction and UF cells (P < 0.05).

Output from a single well.
