Cell cycle profiles of U251MG cells examined by flow cytometry. U251MG cells were exposed to drug-free liposomes (control), Doxil (0.2 μg/ml), CPT-11 nanoliposomes (nLs-CPT-11; 5 μg/ml), or a combination of Doxil (0.2 μg/ml) and nLs-CPT-11 (5 μg/ml) for 24 h.
