Both mice have diurnal rhythms with about a 10 mmHg increase in BP during periods of darkness. Arrows indicate the addition of enalapril (0.12 g/l) to the drinking water. Enalapril decreases the BP in both Npr1+/+ and Npr1–/– mice.
