Monastrol treatment differentially affects slow P motion before and after NEB. (A) Prophase and early prometaphase cells were photoactivated in the presence of monastrol (Supplemental Videos 8 and 9). The frequency and rate of slow P motion is reduced pre- and post-NEB, respectively. These cells were treated with monastrol ∼124:00 (prophase) and ∼146:00 (early prometaphase) before photoactivation.
