NIH 3T3 nuclear extract (64 μg) was separated on a gradient polyacrylamide gel, transferred to nitrocellulose, and hybridized with a probe consisting of six tandem copies of the TCE. The mobility of markers are indicated in kilodaltons (kDa). Arrows mark two proteins with approximate molecular masses of 70 and 130 kDa, respectively.
