Washed platelets, human myometrium homogenates or HEK 293T cells were incubated as described in Materials and methods with³H-SQ29548 (5 nm) in the presence of increasing concentrations of SQ29548. Displacement curves of specific binding were analysed with LIGAND, to achieve the dissociation constant (Kd) and the maximum number of binding sites (B_max; molecules/platelet; molecules/HEK 293T cell; fmol mg⁻¹protein for myometrium). Results are mean ± SD values from three experiments with different cells or tissues.
