IDC were cultured with and without METH (100 μM) for 24 hr (n = 3 independent experiments). Protein was extracted and subjected to DIGE as described in methods section. Data represent statistically significant differentially expressed proteins (Student’s t-test) that were identified using HPLC-MS/MS.
