PCR after serial dilutions of cDNA shows a relative decrease in amounts of the targeted RSV M2 mRNA. PCR products from the RSV M2 (○, •) and P (□, ▪) mRNAs were separated on agarose gels and stained with ethidium bromide. Quantitation of bands plotted in the semilogarithmic plot shown was by densitometry.
