CB1 knockout and wild-type mice exhibited a decreased performance in the active avoidance test when treated with scopolamine (0.5 mg kg−1 i.p.), whereas only wild-type mice showed an enhanced performance when treated with physostigmine (0.1 mg kg−1 i.p.).
