Data are expressed as percentage of the effect induced by a saturating concentration of 5-HT (10 μM). Values are mean±s.e.m. from three experiments performed in triplicate or in duplicate. For comparison, the dotted line represents results obtained under the same conditions for (±)8-OH-DPAT (Newman-Tancredi et al., 2005; Bruins Slot et al., 2006). Data from these experiments are shown in Table 6.
