Effects of GSH, HS or HSA on the chemical form of DMAsIIIG. DMAsIIIG (10 mM) was incubated with or without 10 mM GSH, 50% HS, or 50 g l−1 HSA for 6 or 48 h at 37°C. After incubation, aliquots (5 μl) of these mixtures were spotted onto an HPTLC plate that was developed using ethyl acetate:acetic acid:water (3:2:1), and the separated spots were detected with iodine vapor.
