Plot of experimentally determined values (observed) for the rate of sildenafil conversion against values obtained using multivariate analysis to produce an equation relating the logarithm of the rate of sildenafil N-demethylation to the logarithm of the enzymatic activities of CYP2C9 and CYP3A4 in a panel of 14 human livers.
