Fluorescent and UV profiles were obtained using each tRNA transcript (1 μM) in 50 mM sodium cacodylate (pH 7.2) and 50 mM KCl with or without MgCl2. Each melting temperature was calculated by using the IgorPro software (WaveMetrics). n.c.: not calculated.
