COMP expression in dog notochordal cells cultured on five different substrates. Dog notochordal cells were cultured for up to 14 days on PS control surface and four different PPE:N surfaces. GAPDH was used as housekeeping gene and served to normalize the results. Agarose gels are representative of 5 experiments.
