Northern blot analysis of poly(A)⁺ RNAs from the human tissues and stable transfectants. Human multiple tissue blot (CLONTECH) was used for the analysis of mRNA from human tissue poly(A)⁺ RNAs. Poly(A)⁺RNAs from stable transfectants of HeLa cells were isolated as described in the text. The cDNA of AT-1 was labeled with [α-³²P]dCTP by the multiple prime DNA labeling system (Amersham) and used as a probe (A). Hybridization with human glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) cDNA (B) was performed as control experiments.
