EDL933 was preincubated with 1:10, 1:50, and 1:100 dilutions of anti-HCP antibody for 30 minutes before our standard 6-hour adherence assay. Adherence (number of bacteria per cell) was recorded visually under a light microscope. The experiments were repeated at least 3 times in triplicate. Note the dose-response inhibition seen with high concentration of antibodies.
