(B) Radiolabeled α-factor uptake assays were performed at 24°C (open symbols) or 37°C (closed symbols) on wild-type (RH448), pkc1-ts (RH4325), lcb1-100 (RH3802) and lcb1 pkc1-ts (RH4329) strains.
