Affinity constants (µM) of ScRad9[754–947] and ScRad9[754–931] for different oligonucleotides. Experiments with ScRad9[754–947] were carried out with and without 1 mM DTT to measure the influence of cysteine oxidation on DNA binding. However, similar results were found in both conditions. Interactions for which the affinity was not determined are displayed as ‘nd’.
