After exposure to the oligonucleotides as indicated, 500 cells were plated per well in quadruplicate and cultured for 7 days in methylcellulose, after which colonies were counted. The concentration of the oligonucleotides was 20 μM. (B) Dose-response curve of oligonucleotides on the plating efficiency of K562 cells. Studies were carried out as in A, with the oligonucleotide concentration varied as indicated.
