Logistic regression analyses that evaluated the effects of sexual orientation were conducted separately by gender. Where a group reported zero prevalence for individual health conditions or major physical disability, the entire group was excluded from analyses. ORs and 95% CIs were adjusted for age, educational attainment, race/ethnicity, relationship status, US nativity, and family income.
