Unadjusted mean (S.D.) nociceptive flexion reflex thresholds and short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire scores during rest and distraction conditions for the hypertensive and normotensive groups in Experiment 1, as well as the statistical significance level of the group, condition, and group by condition effects. Nociceptive flexion reflex threshold was used as a covariate in the analyses of the short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire scores.
