Localization of Sfl1p-GFP in yeast and hyphal cells. Strain CAJ042 expresses SFL1-GFP from its endogenous promoter in a heterozygous strain. Fluorescence images were acquired from yeast cells and hyphal cells that were induced with GlcNAc for 4 h. Cells were fixed prior to the imaging and were costained by DAPI to visualize the nuclei.
