Rat-1 cells stably expressing pBabe-puromycin (pBabe), dnTRAF2, dnTRAF3, or dnTRAF6 were transduced with pHSCG or LMP1 and assayed for expression with antibodies against LMP1, dnTRAF2, dnTRAF3, dnTRAF6, phosphorylated PKCζ (p-PKCζ), phosphorylated ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2), and total ERK1/2.
