Sensitivities of M-tropic SHIVs to neutralizing antibodies. Plasma samples from an animal inoculated with SHIVDH12R-CL-7 (plasma 1) or SHIVDH12R-CL-8 (plasma 2) were used in neutralization assays described in Materials and Methods.
