Effects of altering residues 111 and 119 of the TRIM5αhu B-box 2 domain. Cf2Th cells expressing the indicated wild-type and mutant TRIM5αhu proteins were challenged with N-MLV-GFP (A), B-MLV-GFP (B), EIAV-GFP (C), or FIV-GFP (D). GFP-positive cells were counted.
